Credo People

Amy Boyle Associate Consultant

After graduating from McGill University in Montreal, Canada with a degree in International Business and Strategy I came to London to begin a business career. Having experienced summer internships at large investment banks, I realised that I wanted to work for a smaller company where I would be challenged and able to take on responsibility from an early stage. Credo fit exactly what I was looking for and my decision was made even easier by how welcomed I felt by everyone during the interview process.

One of the first things I noticed upon joining the firm was how enthusiastic, down-to-earth, and driven the people at Credo are. The flat management structure at Credo means everyone is made to feel part of the team right away and is encouraged to contribute to the firm as a whole. People at Credo also like to have fun, whether it's on the annual Credo ski trip or just a Friday night after work, there is ample opportunity for socialising and getting to know your colleagues.

Credo's culture creates an environment that is ideal for a graduate to acquire career lasting skills. Career progression and learning are taken seriously from the start. There are numerous opportunities to attend training courses and interaction with senior managers and partners allows for learning on the job from day one. Credo has also given me the broad experience I was looking for. Since joining I have worked on cases across a range of industries including the healthcare, business services, transport and education sectors. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join Credo, and am enjoying building my career with an exciting and growing company.
