Graduate recruitment
The role
Graduates begin their Credo careers as Associate Consultants, and quickly become involved in all aspects of case delivery. Whether preparing proposals, undertaking industry research and analysis, or drawing conclusions, you will be also able to see the bigger picture. There will be opportunities to take part in client presentations, workshops and key meetings from the earliest stage of your career.
With case teams typically consisting of one Manager leading two to four consultants, you'll be expected to play a key role from the outset on every project.
Background and Requirements
Our Associate Consultants come from a varied range of backgrounds but we look for a common set of strengths:
You will be logical and numerate, with excellent communication skills and creativity.
Your application should demonstrate evidence of leadership, ambition and teamwork alongside relevant work experience.
You will have a record of outstanding academic achievement and have or be working towards a 2.1 degree or better in any degree discipline from a leading university. You will also have an A grade at maths GCSE or A-Level (or equivalent).
Working knowledge of Arabic or a major European language is an advantage but not essential.
