Brief
These are the rarest of case studies but as a result can really catch candidates out when they appear
Your interviewer might give you a 500 page report on a company and say, “read this report in 10 minutes and tell us whether this company is adopting the right strategy”

These case studies are designed to test a range of different skills:
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Assimilation and analysis of information
- Presentation of results

Focus on the question
Keep an eye on the time
Build a structure around your thoughts
Think about what will be important and think how to find it quickly - don’t get bogged down in the detail and try to read everything – you won’t be able to
Concentrate on key issues backed up with specific facts
Don’t get flustered, impress with what you have picked out, don’t get worried about what you may have missed
