I joined Credo in 2004 after six years with a US-based strategy consultancy. Although I really enjoyed my experience at my earlier firm working on projects across US, Europe and the Far East, at one point, I decided that I had had enough of living from a suitcase. And London , where I received my MBA at CUBS (Cass), was the natural choice.
Firstly, I was looking for a firm with a broad capability which would continue to challenge me with exposure to different situations and industries. Secondly, I wanted a firm which would also find my earlier industry experience useful and let me leverage it. And, thirdly but most importantly, a firm that is not just a 'brand' but has people I would like to work and socialise with.
Credo satisfied, if not surpassed, all my expectations. In the time I have been here, I've completed several projects all in different markets - support services, IT and telecoms. I've just started a new one in the automotive industry covering six European countries which will make use of my earlier marketing expertise.
We have a very meritocratic and transparent management style at Credo. Everyone becomes and feels part of the team very early on. And, we have fun. I've just started planning a company trip to Istanbul, my birth place, for a long weekend.
