Training
Credo offers one of the most exciting and comprehensive personal development and training packages in the industry.
Training comprises an induction course (depending on entry level), regular in-house training sessions covering all the skills required to develop the consultant 'tool kit'. Associate Consultants also study for recognised financial and business qualifications, working towards the Securities Institute Diploma.
Career Progression
Credo aims to turn exceptional individuals in to first class consultants. We actively promote from within and hope that our Associates will go on to be Consultants and Managers, earning valuable skills across a range of industries, and leading their own projects and cases.
Career progression at Credo is based on merit, not time-served, Regular, 6 monthly reviews allow the Directors to monitor your progress and make sure you are given the opportunity to move up a level whenever you are ready.
Credo alumni have moved on to successful careers in a wide range of industry sectors and professions. In addition, some of our consultants choose to do an MBA. Over the last few years we have placed a number of successful applicants with the world’s leading business schools.
