Training comprises an induction course (depending on entry level), regular in-house training sessions covering all the skills required to develop the consultant 'tool kit'. Associate Consultants also study for recognised financial and business qualifications, working towards the Securities Institute Diploma.

Career progression at Credo is based on merit, not time-served, Regular, 6 monthly reviews allow the Directors to monitor your progress and make sure you are given the opportunity to move up a level whenever you are ready.
