Tom was a founder of Credo and, until recently, its managing partner. Now Credo's Chairman, Tom continues to work as a trusted advisor to senior executives at some of Credo's largest clients, particularly in the support services market.
Alongside his work at Credo, Tom runs HW Coates Ltd, a family-owned warehousing, distribution and property company based in Leicestershire.
Tom holds an MA in PPE from Oriel College, Oxford.
Chris advises general business services clients and has particular experience in transport, logistics and utilities. Much of Chris's consulting career has focused on strategy and marketing issues in industries undergoing regulatory change.
Recent themes include: bidding and solution sales, diversification into adjacent markets and responding to the challenges of de-regulation and increased competition.
Chris holds a BSc in Politics and Economics from Bristol University. Chris has worked extensively in the USA, Canada and the UK over his consulting career and is a founding director of Credo.
Ian advises technology services clients with a particular focus on telecoms, software and marketing services. Ian has built a strong reputation advising in challenging markets on restructuring issues and the use of new business models for delivering technology services. Recent themes include: outsourcing networked operations , transactions in the IT industry (buy and sell side), sales management and the effectiveness of agency / client relationships.
Ian has an MA in Natural Sciences from Queens College, Cambridge. Ian has an extensive international career covering strategy, operational consulting and private equity advice and is a founding director of Credo.
Simon works predominantly in the broad business services sector, including the outsourcing, distribution, HR and infrastructure services markets. He has particular expertise in M&A work (both buy-side and sell-side) and leads Credo's private equity practice. In addition, he advises corporates in both analytically-based strategy and turnaround situations.
Simon holds an MA in Physics and Philosophy from Magdalen College, Oxford and is one of the founders of Credo.
Matt is a Partner at Credo with eight years experience in strategy consulting. He has worked with leading UK corporate and private equity clients in Construction, Transport, Energy, Facilities Management, IT and other business services sectors. Matt has particular expertise in supporting clients to develop domestic and international growth strategies. He has worked on assignments in the US, Continental Europe and UK.
Matt holds an MA in Philosophy and Modern Languages from Brasenose College, Oxford. Prior to joining Credo, Matt spent time working in Germany for a marketing consultancy.
Dineshi heads the IT Services practice at Credo. Dineshi has worked on large scale transformation programmes, often involving technology and operational improvement strategies where change cuts across divisions and companies. Particular expertise includes: new company/ product launches, operational restructuring, recovery situations and integration planning.
Dineshi holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College. Dineshi has worked in the telecoms industry and consulting for over ten years and is one of the founders of Credo.
Torbjorn has extensive international experience from the Telecom and IT industries and has worked for many years overseas in New Zealand, UK, US and Japan. He has held a number of senior international positions during his 25 years career and has hands-on experience of numerous Telecoms & IT outsourcing transactions in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. At Credo he specializes in international business issues with a special focus on the Nordic market.
Torbjorn has an MA in Finance and Industrial Marketing from University of Lund in Sweden and an MBA from Washington State University in the US.
Charles' work focuses in the transport, technology and telecoms sectors; delivering real work business performance improvement and strategic advice on industry issues.
His ability to understand both strategic and operational challenges coupled with a deep technical understanding makes him a highly respected advisor on large scale business change programmes.
Charles has over 11 years of consulting experience, including delivery of a number of large scale transformation programmes. He holds an MEng from Queens' College, Cambridge and was a founding member of Credo.
